Amazing Idea
If I was better at making music I would try to do something along this style but you seem to be getting it down pretty good for it being your first attempt.

Thanks, man. I believe that the idea is not new, it's just not popular.
Great work man
Got some pretty nice grungy and gritty sounds going. Keep running with this and you could go places man.
Thanks a lot man, I sure hope so! :)
Loving the new sound
I really think you should do more songs using this particular sound or style. It would be really awesome if you found a way to put in some Synth Vocals.
Hey thanks!! I will try vocal stuff soon =). I will experiment more
with this style as well.
Thanks so much for the review!
One of my favorites
This is probably one of my favorite songs from the Donkey Kong games and I gotta say I really like your version of it allot.
Cheers!
I'm really diggin this whole album.
you guys might not be pros but if you keep this shit up your certainly heading in that direction. I've actually done a couple classical style Donkey Kong Remixes myself and if you would be interested I would love to work on a song or two with you guys sometime. Send me a message if you would be interested.
I like your Lockjaw Darkwater Remix, it's awesome
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AMAZING! What program do you use for percussion? Or for any of this really? I must know. I've been doing classical covers of things lately and I even posted a cover of Carol of the Bells here on newgrounds and I thought mine was good until I hear this now I listen to mine and I'm like "What a fucking pile of garbage" why did I even waste my life making that. Also I tried your link because I was going to add you on facebook but it didn't work for me.
I use a lot of sample libraries for my percussion. Most of my audio is produced using EastWest products though. So I recommend checking out their website if you are interested in good sample libraries.
Glad you enjoyed the tune.

I mean for a 9 second loop it's pretty sweet.
My main question is what program did you use to make this and what VST plugin if any? The reason I ask is because I use FL Studio myself and I've been messing around trying to make orchestra versions of old school video game midi files and I really like the sound quality of the noises that you are using in this loop.
Hey Draith. To create the sounds you are hearing, i have been using EWQL Symphonic Orchestra which you can purchase at Soundsonline.com.
DAMN!...
First off let me just say that I'm a huge fan of Megaman and the music in those games so you had me at 0:09 when you hear that noise that's played in the game after defeating a boss. Mixing those retro noises with the modern progression is fucking epic. I've never really hear this done before in any other song besides that song "8-bit" on "Dance Dance Revolution" but I gotta say you did allot better with it. I really hope you decide to do some more music in this style. I'd really like to hear a song done in this style but with Donkey Kong music in it.
Hey that's awesome! I actually really liked 8bit on DDR as well!! <33
I'm happy you enjoyed the song, and I'm not too sure I could do the DK music justice, but who knows! :D Those series has got some amazing (remixable) music as well. :D
Thanks for the review!
Nice and relaxing.
This is going on my relaxing playlist. I almost prefer listening to this one with the bass turned all the way down.
Hi! I'm Kirk Russell from Harrisonburg VA. Please comment on my tracks even if it's negative. If you don't like my work then please help me understand why. I spend a lot of time on these tracks with nothing to gain except for your feedback. Hope you enjoy
